You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation $55,000-$75,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
