Highlights Location: Riverhead, NY Facility: Northwell Health Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift Brand/Division: Northwell Health What You'll Do Assess the patient’s physiologic health status. Conduct patient interviews and explain policies and procedures. Determine mobility, sensory deficits, and skin condition. Assess level of pain and pain management. Communicate and document patient’s physiologic health status and plan of care. Develop criteria for measurement of patient outcomes. Formulate the plan of care and establish priorities. Maintain constant vigilance over patient care. Administer medications correctly and safely. Participate in patient and family education. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: OR experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. BCLS certification required. ACLS certification preferred.
