Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families, accurately identifying areas of concern and developing tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide high-quality counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices to address relational dynamics, communication barriers, and emotional challenges. \n
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions that facilitate conflict resolution, promote emotional intelligence, and enhance relationship-building skills among clients. \n
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring all treatment goals and interventions are recorded in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including social workers, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n
The focus of this role includes a diverse range of clients seeking support for marital disputes, familial conflict, parenting challenges, and individual emotional concerns. The LMFT will work with clients of varying demographics, backgrounds, and life experiences, fostering a non-judgmental atmosphere where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- An active and valid state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. \n
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities relevant to couples and family dynamics. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which are pivotal for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues. \n

- A minimum of two years’ experience working directly with couples and families in a therapeutic setting. \n

Comfort Keepers Counseling Center offers a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
