- Software Engineers (frontend, backend, full stack)
- Platform and Infrastructure Engineers
- Distributed Systems Engineers
- Software-adjacent ML or data roles
- Execute outbound sourcing strategies for software engineering roles
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools
- Partner closely with software recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on software requirements
- Assess candidate alignment at a high level and articulate fit clearly
- Deliver qualified, interview-ready candidates for active software requisitions
- 6–10 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer or Software Sourcer/Recruiter
- Direct experience sourcing software engineering roles
- Proven ability to operate in a sourcing-heavy, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering roles and profiles
- Advanced Boolean and X-ray sourcing techniques
- LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub sourcing
- Pipeline development and outbound messaging
- Clear communication and stakeholder partnership
- Experience sourcing for ML, AI, or infrastructure-heavy software teams
- Exposure to high-growth or product-driven tech environments
