• Salary Range: First-year drivers can earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually.

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Operate the tractor-trailer to its destination, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering both on the road and at customer locations.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
• Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
• This role requires proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to effectively and safely perform job-related tasks, including comprehending work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications.
