Technical Care Specialist II - Business

Welcome to Sparklight’s Business Care Specialist role. As the primary contact for our business enterprise customers, you will answer inquiries about invoices, installations, and account updates via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Answer calls from business customers and respond to inquiries professionally. Provide accurate, prompt, and consistent support by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Resolve billing discrepancies and other customer issues courteously and professionally. Enter post‑installation service changes into the Single View software platform. Respond to web chat inquiries from the Business Services Website. Use back‑office processing tools for selected calls and keep detailed notes. Provide timely feedback to Sparklight leadership regarding service issues or customer concerns. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer‑service oriented with experience handling phone calls. Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Single View preferred.
