Internal Medicine Opportunity | Established Patient Panel | 4.5-Day Workweek

You'll step into a practice with a built-in patient panel as a long-tenured physician transitions toward retirement. This is a clinic-focused role designed for physicians who want predictable hours and no call. Practice Overview

• Outpatient Internal Medicine serving adults ages 18+ - Averaging a daily volume of 15-18 patients/day
• Established patient panel with approximately 3,800 annual clinic visits
• On-site Nurse Practitioner support
• Bread-and-butter Internal Medicine including acute visits and chronic disease management and Athena EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1: $290,000 + RVU Compensation & $15,000 Quality Bonus
• Sign - on Bonus and Relocation Support + Student Loan Assistance
• 26 Days PTO, $2,500 CME + 5 CME days, health/dental/vision, 401(k), malpractice with tail, licenses & dues with DEA

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Alabama medical license (or eligibility)
• Comfort managing outpatient adult primary care Internal Medicine
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
