What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with a patient-centered approach
• Perform restorative, preventive, and emergency dental procedures
• Collaborate with hygienists and clinical team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and mentorship

What We're Looking For

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Minnesota dental license (or eligibility to obtain before employment)
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Comfortable working with digital technology and modern workflows
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to continue growing professionally
