This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Med Surg Tele RN position requires a flexible and dedicated registered nurse to provide exceptional care to patients. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare setting, and must be willing to float to various units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Passing score on Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam.
• Certification in Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening.
• Up-to-date health screenings and immunizations, including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and others as required.
