General Production Associate - Entry Level
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production department supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Range: $16
Shift: Second (11:30am-8pm but could potentially shift to 2:30pm-11pm in the coming months. Some Over Time)
What's the Job?
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed. (Pushing, pulling, and stacking) Use of power tools (drills) lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe environment.
- Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and physical stamina for manual tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
