Automotive Technician

Job Title

Payrate: $25-$33 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Assembly Technician to support complete vehicle builds in a prototype and pilot manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end automotive vehicle builds.
• Perform mechanical assembly and electrical integration activities.
• Install interior and exterior vehicle components.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework vehicles as needed.
• Track and resolve defects using established systems.
• Meet daily build, throughput, and production targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of automotive vehicle build experience.
• Experience supporting complete vehicle builds from start to finish.
• Hands-on mechanical assembly and electrical integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and defect resolution skills.
• Experience working in prototype, pilot, or launch environments.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and quality systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive Engineering background.
• Experience with High Voltage (HV) Electric Vehicle builds.
• Ability to quickly learn new manufacturing systems and processes.
