What will you be doing? Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and deliver accurate, timely financial information Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy Analyze financial results and variances, identifying drivers and recommended actions Anticipate potential accounting issues and proactively resolve them before escalation Serve as a technical resource for staff accountants and cross‑functional partners Responsible for fixed asset accounting, capital project management, and depreciation schedules Manage daily cash reconciliations and related cash forecasting What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 3-5 years accounting, audit, or related experience required Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families. Pay We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 – $103,955.00 USD annually for full‑time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
