Warehouse Operator

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory, pulling parts, and assisting with order fulfillment. This role plays a key part in keeping warehouse processes efficient, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities

Parts Pulling

• Efficiently and accurately pull parts from inventory based on work orders or pick lists
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project or production requirements

Inventory Management

• Receive, store, and organize incoming inventory
• Conduct regular cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Communicate inventory levels and stock needs to warehouse leads or supervisors

Order Fulfillment

• Support production and assembly teams by providing required parts
• Assist shipping teams with packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of outbound orders

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and order fulfillment
• Inspect pulled parts for quality and accuracy
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly

Organization & Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Follow 5S principles and safety guidelines to optimize efficiency

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and team members
• Work collaboratively to resolve inventory or fulfillment issues

Other Tasks

• Stage materials and assemblies for production
• Receive all raw materials and items into inventory
• Use warehouse software to perform daily tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications
• Comfortable using hand and power tools as needed
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands and fingers; handling tools and materials
• Regular standing, walking, reaching, and sitting
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and maintain required certifications
