Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and health management
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and support imaging review
• Accurately document patient encounters and clinical findings in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Support ongoing clinical workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Oklohoma (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and diagnostic processes
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team
• Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or private practice setting required
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment skills
