Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Dearborn, MI, for a Physical Therapist Assistant. The role involves assisting licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, providing rehabilitative exercises, and delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities include working hands-on with patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality, as well as maintaining detailed records and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and Patient Care practices Experience or knowledge in Rehabilitation and Quality Patient Care Understanding of Orthopedics and related treatment approaches Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and adapt to patient needs Prior experience in outpatient clinics or similar settings is a plus
