Cascades of Sugarland Ridge (independent living and assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Ranchester, Dayton, Story, Big Horn, Buffalo, and Ucross. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team.

Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

$18.00 - $20.00/hour Depending on Experience

$3.00 Shift Differential for NOC (Overnight) Shifts

Job Type:

• Full Time NOC Shift
• Full Time Day Shift
• Part Time and On-Call Various Shifts
• PRN/On-Call Opportunities Available!

Sign-On Bonus Details:

• $500 paid at 90 days of employment
• $500 paid at 180 days of employment
• Bonus Eligibility: Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
