AI-Driven Engineering Culture

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.
AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile apps testing ( iOS , Android )
• Planning, estimation and risk analysis of QA activities
• Organization and prioritization of QA tasks
• Coordination of mobile app releases to App Store ( iOS ) and Google Play Store ( Android )
• Release planning, versioning management, and release schedule coordination
• Preparation and review of release notes, app descriptions, and store optimization content
• Pre-release compliance checks and verification of store requirements ( iOS , Android guidelines)
• Post-release monitoring and handling of critical issues in production
• Beta to production transition management (TestFlight, Google Play Beta to stable release)
• Conduct regression and risk-based testing before releases
• Organize testing across multiple apps, devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions
• Performance monitoring, battery optimization, network conditions testing
• Requirements and specifications testing
• Test cases, suites and checklists design and review
• Configuration of test suites runs
• Components, integration and system testing
• Bug reporting and test results analysis
• Test execution control and technical debt management
• Creation and maintenance of QA artifacts and documentation
• Handling production incidents, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Setting up and analysis of QA metrics
• Optimizing quality standards and processes in a team
• Interviewing QA candidates, QA mentoring and training
• Researching in QA tools/technology
• Automation scope definition, automation tests running and results analyzing
• Mobile accessibility and localization testing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 3+ years as a Mobile QA Lead
• Deep understanding of iOS platforms, versioning, SDK updates, and iOS -specific features
• Deep understanding of Android platforms, API levels, versioning, and Android -specific considerations
• Knowledge of device-specific bugs, fragmentation issues, and platform-specific behaviors
• Understanding of mobile OS-specific permissions models, privacy frameworks, and security considerations
• Experience with iOS and Android beta versions, release candidates, and pre-release testing
• Knowledge of different device capabilities (screen sizes, processors, RAM constraints, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based testing and device farms
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems
• Knowledge and experience in measuring coverage and efficiency of testing
• Good understanding of software testing theory and methodologies
• Strong test analysis, preparation, and planning skills
• Knowledge and skills in requirements testing
• Experience with Proxyman or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of different Testing Methods, Test Design Techniques, and Types
• Experience with Technical Specifications, Test Design Documents, etc.
• Experience with Jira or similar
• Experience with TestRail or similar
• Ability to build and maintain Test Documentation and Reports
• Good understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience or understanding of automation testing process
• Experience with Firebase and crash analytics tools
• Proven experience in AI tools

Optional:

• Experience with tools: Sentry , Kibana
• Experience in igaming domain
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting
