Media Strategy Manager

Leading local dealer advertising strategies, the full-time Media Strategy Manager will manage advertising programs for Cub Cadet, DEWALT, and Hustler dealers, focusing on both traditional and digital media to drive demand for outdoor power equipment, with the option to work remotely. Key responsibilities Manage Local Dealer Advertising programs, integrating digital and traditional media strategies Collaborate with brand agencies to ensure alignment of media plans with brand strategy Monitor advertising campaigns, analyze return on advertising investment, and communicate results effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or paid media planning Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience in dealer retail or franchise business is a plus Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of media purchasing and billing is advantageous
