CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Duties

Run and monitor machined parts to customer specifications.

Set-up, adjust and change tooling as needed.

Inspect parts in-process to ensure quality and customer requirements are met.

Work overtime as needed.

Minimum Education Required

High School or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required

CNC Swiss: 2 years (Required)

CNC Swiss Programming: 2 years (Required)

Qualifications and Skills:

CNC machining background Familiar with Swiss turning center operation Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and gauges Advanced math skills and blueprint reading skills Understanding of Fanuc G&M code programming Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods at a time, up to 2-3 hours. Lifting to 20 lbs. to 30 lbs. Loading and unloading raw material bar stock into a machine. Working with oil and water-based coolant.Benefits
