Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support EngineerProvide first and second level support. Support L1 technicians, including providing guidance and serving as an escalation pointRegularly add to knowledge base, by documenting and sharing solutionsAssist with additional projects outside of regular daily tasks, as directed by host and/or team leadsTroubleshooting all hardware and accessories issues (ie desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboard/mice, printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment)Advanced issued mobile phone and tablet support, utilizing Intune, Duo, and applying specific configurations of tablets and mobile devices for individual department needs3-5 years or more providing end-user technical support preferredA+ Certification preferred
