Position Summary - The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center, Department of Internal Medicine, seeks faculty members to join the Division Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine Division. This position is Open rank Clinician Educator. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and education. As the only academic medical center for the state, opportunity exists for innovation in teaching and providing care for both rural and urban populations from diverse cultures. This position will be primarily located in the University of New Mexico Hospital but may include Sandoval Regional Medical Center. You would have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials, teaching and telehealth.

Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications: MD or DO Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine & Allergy/Immunology by date of hire; Preferred Qualifications: Experience/skills in providing exemplary medical care for Allergy disorders primarily in adult patients; Experience in teaching residents and medical students and Evidence of scholarly activities A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities
