Austin FC Membership Services Executive

Austin FC joined the Major League Soccer (MLS) as the league's 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC officially began competing in the MLS in April 2021 and in the 2025 season qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs while also hosting the final of the U.S. Open Cup. Austin FC plays its home games at Q2 Stadium, a state-of-the-art stadium that was fully funded with private funds and obtained zero waste certification in 2024. Austin FC sold out tickets for all 88 home MLS games played at Q2 Stadium during its first five seasons in the league, including three home playoff games for the MLS Cup.

Austin FC is looking for an initiative and motivated Membership Services Executive to help manage and provide superior service to the club's season members. The person in this position will be responsible for connecting the club with the community to promote the Austin FC brand, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with season members. This position will also participate in key marketing campaigns to educate the Austin community about all things Austin FC. Each Membership Services Executive will be part of a team that will develop and execute effective renewal strategies to offer memberships and programs to meet the needs of the Austin FC community members and to meet both their and Austin FC's objectives in the areas of awareness, engagement, and ongoing support.

This position is based in Austin, TX and the role will be performed in person at the Austin FC commercial office.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and establishing relationships to create new opportunities for season ticket holders and future referrals;
• Taking responsibility for member concerns from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution;
• Providing high-quality service to current and potential members on game days and club events while proactively identifying opportunities to retain, grow, and deepen member relationships;
• Being responsible for achieving or exceeding individual contact and renewal goals;
• Generating new revenue for premium inventory, season memberships, and group sales through referrals, proactive prospecting, and leveraging relationships to meet or exceed new sales targets;
• Using Salesforce CRM to record customer interactions to improve sales and service efforts;
• Meeting defined daily call numbers and weekly call duration goals;
• Working on assigned service campaigns to engage current and potential season members.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree/university license (required);
• Previous experience in the entertainment and sports industry (preferred, but not required);
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems. Competency in SalesForce;
• Demonstrated ability to receive feedback, apply learnings, and continuously improve performance;
• Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic goals and objectives;
• Talent for establishing and managing relationships and contacts;
• Evidence of being a strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to develop and implement processes and plans;
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion both internally and externally;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through a variety of media and with diverse audiences;
• Fluency in English and preferably bilingual skills in Spanish/English. Even better if you are fluent in additional languages;
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
