About Us:
We are a boutique commercial collections law firm specializing in resolving unpaid accounts. We are looking for a motivated Commercial Collections Specialist to join our dedicated team and help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with merchants regarding unpaid accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements to resolve accounts before litigation.
- Initiate and manage litigation proceedings as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of merchant accounts.
Qualifications:
- 26 years of experience in commercial collections.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM (required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. xhqgsiq
Compensation:
- Starting pay at $22/hour, with consideration for experience.
