Essential Functions
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Communications and Marketing Manager.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
Preferred
- Strong aptitude in analytics, problem solving, interpersonal skills, motivation to succeed.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications and data management software.
Environment
- Office environment
- Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
