• Shift: Clinic and Surgical schedule; typical shifts; light call ( 7 days/month)
• Hours/Week: Full-time (negotiable based on practice needs)

• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology; DEA required
• Experience: Not open to new grads with less than 1 year of experience; preferred experienced practitioners

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $300,000 $400,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and manage urologic conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, UTIs, and others
• Perform surgical procedures utilizing modern operating rooms
• Provide consultations in hospital and ER settings, collaborating with other specialists
• Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based practice
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and comply with state regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

What You Need:

• U.S. Medical License with required certifications (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology)
• DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of Urologic clinical experience (not open to new grads)
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with a collaborative approach
