Director, US Marketing - Ottava

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of US Marketing for OTTAVA, a soft-tissue surgical robotics platform. This leadership role owns downstream product marketing, clinical strategy, and field execution across diverse customer segments in a competitive, fast-moving market.
Responsibilities
- Lead US product marketing and clinical strategy for OTTAVA robotics platform launch
- Localize global product strategy into US-specific value narratives for surgeons and hospital leadership
- Develop and execute clinical marketing strategy with KOL engagement and real-world evidence translation
- Manage Centers of Excellence selection and leverage customer references for commercial advocacy
- Partner with sales, customer success, and commercial operations to align messaging and drive adoption
Requirements
- Strategic marketing leadership experience in medical device or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute US-specific go-to-market strategies
- Experience translating clinical evidence into customer-facing value propositions
- Track record managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of surgical markets, hospital purchasing dynamics, and KOL engagement
- Strong capability in market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis
