Acute Care Charge Registered Nurse

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko seeks a Charge Nurse to lead and coordinate nursing care on our acute care units. In this community-focused, patient-centered role, you will oversee daily unit operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care for patients from Elko County and surrounding rural communities. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. This position offers broad clinical experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, close-knit environment.
