What You’ll Be Doing Running a full 360 desk within Actuarial Data Science & Analytics Leading senior-level client conversations with confidence and authority Headhunting high‑calibre talent with strong qualification discipline Collaborating across teams to cross‑sell and scale client partnerships Creating opportunities for yourself and the wider business Who We’re Looking For A confident, commercially sharp 360 recruiter Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience Comfortable leading meetings with senior clients Collaborative – you share leads, candidates, and intelligence Entrepreneurial within a framework $250k–$350k consistent annual billings Able to work in a hybrid capacity from our New York office (relocation support available for eligible UK citizens).
