Child CaregiverAlliance Homecare is a leading provider of home healthcare services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families. We specialize in compassionate, personalized care that supports independence and well-being.We are seeking a dedicated Child Caregiver to join our team. The Child Caregiver will be responsible for providing nurturing care and supervision to children in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of the children while promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and encourage development.Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences.Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing.Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in care and follow their instructions regarding routines and schedules.Monitor children’s behavior and report any concerns or issues to the parents or supervisor.Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including cleaning up after meals and activities.Accompany children to appointments or activities outside the home as needed.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Child Caregiver, Babysitter, or similar role is preferred.Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.Ability to interact effectively and positively with children.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in early childhood education is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate.Benefits:Competitive wagesFlexible scheduling options (full-time/part-time)Training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive work environmentAt Alliance Homecare, we value the importance of providing exceptional care to our clients and their families.
