Structured Credit Asset Management Analyst | CLO & Warehouse Finance Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) A leading global financial institution is seeking a Structured Credit Asset Management Analyst to join its growing Fixed Income financing platform. This team manages a diverse portfolio of secured lending facilities across structured credit and corporate lending markets, supporting some of the industry's leading asset managers and institutional clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in banking, structured finance, accounting, audit, ratings, or asset management who are looking to build expertise in CLOs, leveraged finance, and structured credit. Responsibilities Monitor and manage a portfolio of structured lending facilities backed by broadly syndicated corporate loans. Coordinate client funding requests and support ongoing portfolio management activities. Review and process facility amendments, waivers, and other transaction updates. Monitor collateral performance, lending covenants, and portfolio metrics. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio reporting for senior management and key stakeholders. Track borrower and trustee reporting requirements. Partner with technology and operations teams to improve reporting automation and data management processes. Monitor market developments and industry trends within structured credit and leveraged finance. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, audit, asset management, ratings, or structured finance. Exposure to structured products (CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS) or corporate credit is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded university.
