Position: Business Analyst/Product Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL ( Onsite )
Duration: 6+months C2H (Contract to Hire)
Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Project Management, Scrum Mastership, or a blended role supporting Agile technology initiatives.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories, process flows, and actionable deliverables.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile backlogs and leading Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and external partners.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.
