That’s the rhythm of this role—hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and genuine customer care in a friendly, team-centered environment.

• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and detailed inspections to keep systems running at their best.
• Respond to service calls promptly and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Install new HVAC equipment and full systems when required.
• Document all work performed and parts used with precise, up-to-date records.
• Guide customers on system operation and preventative care best practices.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification/training preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a closely related service role.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC components, tools, diagnostics, and safety procedures.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in the field and cooperatively with a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• EPA Type II certification required; EPA Universal certification preferred.
