Accounting Clerk III

Providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support, the full-time Accounting Clerk III will assist DTOPS customers with online purchases, perform financial transactions, and manage vendor payments, operating on a rotating hybrid schedule requiring onsite work every other week. Key responsibilities Assist DTOPS customers with inquiries and issues via phone and email Perform data entry, reconciliation, and process financial transactions across various accounts Support customer service operations, including managing organizational email and helpdesk tickets Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with at least two years of post-high school education in business, management, finance, or accounting, or a four-year degree in any field Proficiency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is highly desired Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, Access, and ability to use multiple monitors Must be a U.S. citizen and able to complete a government background investigation and security clearance Ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively
