Community Maintenance Technician & Contractor Liaison

WPM Real Estate Management

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a qualified worker for their service team at Colonnade at Kentlands in Gaithersburg, MD. The role includes responding to maintenance work orders, scheduling contractors, and overseeing projects with the on-site manager. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, have prior maintenance experience preferred, and be available for on-call duties.
