Job Title: AM Customer Service Representative (FT) Location: Glassboro, NJ 08028 (Ellis Warehouse) Job Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50 hourly. Shift: AM, 7:00 AM-2:00 PM. Weekends and holidays mandatory. About the role The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing effective customer services for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company. The CSR is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies by assisting with orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, errors, complaints and other queries. Candidates must also be willing to follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug‑free workplace. Schedule FULL TIME. AM Shift 7:00 AM-2:00 PM. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS MANDATORY. Position Requirements Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Processes customer orders/changes/returns/errors/complaints/account questions/billing/cancellations, and other queries via phone, email and fax according to established department policies and procedures. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. Works closely with the credit department to resolve credit disputes. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. Partners with team members to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. Must be eligible to work in the Unites States. Must be able to work a flexible schedule - 5 days a week including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work overtime on an as‑needed basis per the Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Work Environment This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, laminating machine, labeler and fax machines.
