Product Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities that align with the project roadmap and milestones.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Marketing, and R&D to ensure operational efficiency.
• Use analytical skills to monitor and evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
• Oversee product release processes and ensure all teams are on track with project timelines.
• Identify potential bottlenecks in the product life cycle and mitigate risk.
• Prepare progress and performance reports for stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Tech or Consulting firm.
• Strong project management skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software.
• High level of analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, and improving complex work processes.
