Part-Time Janitorial Team Lead – Archbold Area

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Janitorial Team Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations at commercial facilities in the Archbold market.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Approximately 27.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small evening cleaning team.
• Ensure all assigned cleaning tasks are completed to company standards.
• Perform routine commercial cleaning duties, including:
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Restroom sanitation
  • Floor care
  • Trash removal
• Conduct quality inspections before leaving each facility.
• Train and coach team members as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding staffing, supply needs, and customer concerns.
• Help create a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently while leading others.
