Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends | No Holidays | No On-Call
Compensation: $36.00 – $54.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions affecting mobility, strength, endurance, and functional independence.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, activities, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with professional practice standards and facility policies.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree preferred.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital-based physical therapy.
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex patients.
