Apartment maintenance tech

Positions are Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and various handyman-related skills. Responsibilities Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains Replacing carpets and wooden floors Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches Installing appliances Drywall repairs and painting Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Own their own set of tools Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented To be qualified all candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check, must have reliable transportation, and must be able to start soon. #J-18808-Ljbffr JT Solution Partners, Inc.
