Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Charlotte Metro)

Commercial HVAC Service Technician | Charlotte, NC

I’m hiring a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician for an established Charlotte team that has been recognized as a top workplace for multiple consecutive years. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical challenge of commercial service and wants to be part of a strong, experienced crew.

Here’s what stands out

• $35-$42 per hour , based on experience
• Company truck provided
• An 18-20 person technician team for support and coverage
• Very limited on-call and no required weekend work
• ESOP-Employee ownership and profit sharing, including paid dividends
• A great boss and engaged leadership
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage; PTO that grows with tenure; disability and life insurance; FSA options; and a 401(k) with company match

The work

You’ll diagnose, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment across the Charlotte market. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; work with customers to recommend solutions; and share your knowledge with less-experienced technicians.

Experience with cooling towers, water-cooled chillers, pumps, and condenser water loops is especially valuable.

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience prefered. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
