Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Special Education Teacher License and Certification (must provide proof)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a diverse LRC1 caseload at the elementary level
• Develop and personalize IEPs, collaborating with educators, staff, and families
• Foster an inclusive, engaging learning atmosphere
• Regularly track student progress, adapting strategies as needed
