Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative
Level Up Philly Philadelphia, PA Full-Time | In-Person (Not Remote) Monday–Friday

Level Up Philly is hiring motivated, ambitious individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative position. If you're looking for a full-time opportunity with paid training , professional development, and career advancement, we'd love to meet you.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you build confidence in customer service, sales, communication, and account management.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships
- Educate customers on products and services to help meet their needs
- Generate new customer accounts and maintain existing relationships
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and company goals
- Represent clients professionally with integrity and enthusiasm

- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
