We are hiring a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team. This is a full-time overnight hotel role for a detail-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-facing environment and brings the focus and accuracy needed to balance hotel transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service — all while the rest of the world sleeps. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours — assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally with all front desk functions including check-in, check-out, and special requests Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at the close of each business day — including credit card reconciliation, cash handling, and change fund management as part of the nightly hotel audit process Consistently follow all hotel credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures in accordance with White Lodging standards and brand compliance requirements Run nightly audit reports, record all hotel revenues and statistics accurately, and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for hotel management review Read, analyze, interpret, and clearly explain standard hotel reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures — serving as the on-site point of authority during overnight hours Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest information and hotel data throughout every overnight shift Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring Previous hotel front desk, night auditor, or hospitality experience preferred — not required; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hotel hours Sharp attention to detail and accuracy — you take pride in balanced reports, error-free folios, and a clean audit every night An outgoing, positive personality with the flexibility and composure to adapt to any guest situation that arises during an overnight shift A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to contribute to the hotel front desk team — even when working independently through the night Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; full availability to work overnight shifts, weekend and holidays as 24-hour hotel operation requires What You Can Look Forward To Advanced scheduling with easy shift swapping via our app DailyPay — get paid when you need it Unlimited employee referral bonuses 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) with rollover Complimentary wellness tools Leadership development & tuition reimbursement Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and travel Growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties in your market Full-time associates also receive: Medical, dental, and vision insurance — starting day 1 Life and disability insurance Paid parental leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) White Lodging is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
