Joint Test & Evaluation Program Officer (TS/SCI Eligible)

Overview Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by CGS Federal (Contact Government Services). Responsibilities Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) projects and enhance operational decision-making Apply statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve mission effectiveness Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning Utilize computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and recommend analytical solutions Applying process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions Conducting problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations Providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods Qualifications and Experience Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field A Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10+ years of ORSA-related experience in military or government civilian experience Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with an additional 5 years of ORSA-related experience (totaling 10 years) may also be considered Proficiency in statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors analysis Experience developing test and evaluation plans (preferred but not required) Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr CGS Federal (Contact Government Services)
