Quick Facts Location: 1324 5th Street North, New Ulm, MN 56073 Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8 hours (08:00 – 04:30) Hours/week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: Minnesota RN licensure required Experience: Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package: $124.12/hour licensure and travel reimbursements Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay with direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per state/federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patient care including patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies Collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document in Epic EMR Support infusion procedures and outpatient services Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care Meet daily patient volume of 11-16 patients across all ages What You Need Required: Minnesota RN license and current CPR certification Prior experience in hematology/oncology (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification in oncology or related field Experience with Epic EMR system About the Assignment This outpatient-focused Hematology/Oncology position is located at a leading hospital in New Ulm, Minnesota, offering a supportive multidisciplinary team and a focus on continuity of care.
