National Accounts Manager

Join our team as a National Accounts Manager and play a crucial role in driving premium growth and maximizing customer retention among accounts with over 5,000 lives. You'll proactively identify and pursue opportunities, acting as a strategic and consultative partner focused on revenue generation and maintaining profitable relationships. In this dynamic position, you'll lead renewal strategies, analyze customer data and claim trends, and collaborate across divisionsincluding Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, and Consultingto deliver tailored solutions. Take charge of root cause analysis, customer metrics, strategic account planning, and help drive finalist meetings to secure business and ensure exceptional service. Skills and Background You'll Need:

Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: Requires 5+ years' of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field.

Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred.

Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office's assigned territory.

Travel: Employees in this role are eligible for fully remote work (other than for in-person meetings or other periodic business trips). Occasional travel (such as for planning purposes, team building, or conferences) is required.

Salary Range: Base salary range $110k - $130k depending on experience + incentive plan
