Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Description: IMCU Stepdown; Start date is 3 weeks from offer; 13 week assignment w possible extension; Nights; Some weekends; Holidays; Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission)

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Required Skills: FM - Intermediate; IV Start; Lab Draws/Sample Collecting; titrating critical drips experience

Minimum One year recent Critical Care & ICU experience required; Previous travel experience preferred; Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided)

Will not accept candidates within 30 miles. Candidates 31-50 miles from facility will receive $5 reduction in BR.

The Qualivis Candidate Submission form may be rejected if not FULLY COMPLETED. Compliance deadline is one week prior to start, prep candidate accordingly. A copy of the Drivers License & update Nurseys MUST be included in the submission for verification of residence to determine if travel or local rate will apply: (local rate applies for residence living within 31-50 miles of facility. (locals will be accepted at local rate) Travelers living less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted. Any RTO must be included in submission, must be minimal especially around the holidays. Managers will try to be flexible. Minimum 1 year experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs. Travel experience preferred Will not hire without a license If license is pending, must have proof that process is underway to be considered Modules: Modules are non-billable, up to 8 hours of modules required - factored into NBO Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by profession Modules are recorded through HealthStream
