Production Technician

Production Technician
Location: West Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour (increase when hired permanently)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew zippers, vinyl windows, and other components onto canvas products
Run materials through sealing machines to create airtight and watertight seals
Identify different material types and adjust temperatures and sealing times accordingly
Maintain organized workstations and ensure materials are stored in proper bins

Qualifications

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to learn new processes and operate machinery
Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
