As our Busperson, you are a vital part of the service team, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your role supports our servers, enhances guest comfort, and helps maintain the smooth flow of service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist with delivering food or beverages when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side work areas.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transporting them to the dishwashing area.
• Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Support the team in maintaining a polished and professional dining environment that meets brand and health standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, directing them to the appropriate team member if necessary.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines in accordance with company and brand policies.
• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Who You Are

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Attentive, proactive, and eager to help wherever needed to keep the dining room running smoothly. Friendly and approachable, with a commitment to delivering warm and professional service. Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Willing to learn and follow brand and service standards consistently. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
