Scooter's Coffee is looking for amazing people to join our team at our newest location in St. Peters, MO! As one of our amazing baristas, your role is to serve amazing drinks (and food!), amazingly fast. It will be your job to create a memorable customer experience, while ensuring their orders are prepared in a clean and well stocked environment.

$15.00+/hr plus tips (cash & credit/in-app)

- Flexible schedule (shifts available from 5:15 am - 8:15 pm)

Free brewed coffee on shift (we'll even show you how to brew it)
Free specialty drink each shift
Cash tips - an additional average of $2-4 dollars per hour on top of hourly wage!
50% off drinks off shift
Sales contests with various prizes, from gift cards to cold hard cash
Upward mobility (we're opening more locations in the St. Charles County area)
We'll provide the uniform!

Essential Responsibilities

Greeting and connecting with all customers
Field questions and educate them about our products
Enter orders and process payments, managing a cash drawer
Serve all orders following Scooter's recipes
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
Stock all products used in order production
Suggest additional products like add-ons, gift cards, and Scooter's merchandise
Receive and organize product from weekly shipments
Other duties assigned
And of course, have as much fun while fulfilling all the above as possible!
